Yes. Cancellation and rescheduling are free more than 2 hours before the scheduled start. At 2 hours or less, before work starts, cancelling a paid booking retains 50% of the discounted service price, including extras and vehicle surcharge, excluding tips and taxes. Review the exact fee and refund before confirming. Late changes require cancellation and a new booking. Unpaid cancellation is free. See the Cancellation policy.
Forecasts help you plan but cannot guarantee conditions. Unsafe weather may require a different appointment. If The Rabbit Wash cannot fulfil the service, contact support to arrange an alternative or a full refund for the unfulfilled service. A Rabbit cannot be required to work in unsafe conditions.
It depends on the package and your vehicle, from a quick hand wash to a full day for paint protection film. You see the estimated duration before you confirm, and your Rabbit arrives within 30 minutes either side of your time.
