Plans change. Here is how we handle that.
We know schedules shift. Cancel any wash up to 2 hours before your booked time at no charge. Within the 2-hour window we charge a small fee to cover our Rabbit's prep and travel.
You can cancel any single wash up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time and pay nothing.
To cancel, open My Orders, tap the upcoming booking, then Cancel booking. Your refund (if you paid by card) is processed back to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time incur a $25 fee. This covers your Rabbit's travel, supplies prep, and locked-in time slot.
If your Rabbit has already arrived at your location and you cancel, you will be charged the full service price.
For monthly or yearly subscriptions, cancelling a single scheduled wash does not cancel your subscription. You keep your remaining wash credits for the billing cycle.
To cancel the entire subscription and stop future billing, go to Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
In rare cases (severe weather, vehicle breakdown, illness), we may need to cancel a scheduled wash. When that happens, you receive a full refund plus a 15% credit toward your next booking, applied automatically.
If you reschedule rather than cancel within the 2-hour window, no fee applies. Reschedules are free if there is availability within 7 days of your original slot.
