RabbitWash is a booking platform that connects you with independent mobile service professionals — our Rabbits — for car wash, detailing, ceramic coating, fleet cleaning, carpet cleaning, trash bin cleaning, pressure washing, aircraft cleaning, and other approved services.

No queues, no waiting rooms, no driving anywhere. Our Rabbits arrive in self-contained vans with their own water, power, and salon-grade products and complete the work right at your driveway, office, or anywhere your car is parked.

We currently service Los Angeles and Orange County. Enter your address during booking — if we cover your area you can proceed instantly; if not, join our waitlist and we'll alert you the moment we launch near you.

Plan a wash

Booking & scheduling

Yes. Cancel for free up to 2 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee. A locked gate or no-show may incur a trip fee. Reschedules within 7 days of the original slot are free if availability allows.

Outdoor services may be delayed or rescheduled when the weather makes the work unsafe or low-quality (rain, high wind, unsafe temperatures, hazardous conditions). When conditions look poor, RabbitWash may proactively suggest a better wash time using local weather data — you can accept the reschedule or stick with your original slot.

Most services run between 45 minutes and 2 hours depending on your vehicle size and the package you choose. You will see a clear estimated duration before confirming your booking.

No. Just make sure the car is accessible and the Rabbit can reach it. You will receive live updates through the app and a detailed photo report once the service is complete.

How it costs

Pricing & payment

Pricing depends on your vehicle size and the package you select — from a quick exterior wash to a full ceramic-grade detail. Head to the Packages page for a full, transparent breakdown.

None whatsoever. The amount shown at checkout is the final price you pay. Vehicle surcharges (if any) are listed before booking, never added after.

For card payments, the full amount is authorized at booking and captured after service completion. For cash payments, you pay your Rabbit directly on arrival.

Tips are completely optional and are never added automatically or expected. If you would like to tip, you can do it in-app after the service.

If something goes wrong

Quality, refunds & damage

Every RabbitWash service is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If something is wrong, report it within 24 hours of service completion with timestamped photos through "Report a Problem". We may offer a touch-up service, partial credit, or a refund review.

Refunds are reviewed by our team within 24 hours. Three categories: Full refund (no technician arrived, RabbitWash error, duplicate charge); Partial refund (missed add-on, incomplete area, verified quality issue); Not eligible (customer unavailable, wrong booking info, unsafe environment, refusal after arrival, pre-existing damage).

Submit a damage claim within 24 hours with timestamped photos via Report a Problem. RabbitWash investigates every claim in good faith and works with our insured Rabbits to resolve legitimate ones. Pre-existing damage and personal items left in the vehicle are not covered — please remove valuables before service.

Yes. Our vans are fully self-contained with water, power, and premium products on board. You only need to provide access to the vehicle or property.

Your rights

Privacy & your data

No. RabbitWash never sells, rents, or trades your personal data to third parties. We only share what is needed to fulfill your booking — payment processors, your assigned Rabbit, and contracted service providers (Twilio, Firebase, Google Maps).

Yes. Request deletion from your profile or by emailing info@rabbitwash.com — verified requests are honored within 30 days.

Under the CCPA/CPRA you can request access to the personal data we hold, ask us to delete it, correct anything inaccurate, and opt out of marketing communications. Email info@rabbitwash.com to exercise any of these rights.

Rabbits & partners

Independent service professionals can apply through the "Be a Rabbit" section on the home page. Requirements include valid licensing, insurance, and passing a background check.
