By booking through RabbitWash you agree to these terms. We have kept them as plain as possible — no surprise clauses buried in legalese.
RabbitWash is a booking platform that connects customers with independent mobile service professionals (our Rabbits). Through the platform you can book any of the following approved services:
Car wash · Detailing · Ceramic coating · Fleet cleaning · Carpet cleaning · Trash bin cleaning · Pressure washing · Aircraft cleaning — and other approved services we add over time.
Service availability depends on your location, time of day, and Rabbit availability. We do our best to fulfill every booking but cannot guarantee instant availability in all areas.
You must be 18 or older to create a RabbitWash account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree to provide accurate vehicle and property information (make, model, body type, size, special features). Inaccurate details may result in service surcharges or cancellation on arrival.
When you book a service, you agree to provide:
A correct address so the Rabbit can find you. Access to the vehicle or property at the booked time. Accurate vehicle size and type so we can price and prep correctly. A safe work environment — clear of hazards, animals at large, or anything that would prevent the work safely. Water and electricity access if the booked service requires it.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in a trip fee, a no-refund cancellation, or a re-pricing on arrival.
Prices are shown in your local currency before booking and include all applicable surcharges based on your vehicle. Final pricing is locked at booking and not subject to change without your explicit consent.
For card payments, the full amount is authorized at booking and captured after service completion. For cash payments, you pay your Rabbit directly on arrival.
You may cancel for free up to 2 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee, and a locked gate or no-show may incur a trip fee. Reschedules within 7 days of the original slot are free if availability allows.

Outdoor services may be delayed or rescheduled when the weather makes the work unsafe or low-quality. That includes rain, high wind, unsafe temperatures, and other hazardous conditions.
When conditions look poor, RabbitWash may proactively recommend the best wash time using local weather data — you can accept the suggested reschedule or stick with your original slot at your own discretion.
If you have a quality concern, report it within 24 hours of service completion with timestamped photos through Report a Problem. RabbitWash may, at its discretion, offer a touch-up service, partial credit, or a refund review.

If our service causes damage to your vehicle or property, submit a claim within 24 hours with timestamped photos. RabbitWash investigates every claim in good faith and works with our insured Rabbits to resolve legitimate ones.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove valuables before service.
RabbitWash is a booking platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RabbitWash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the services performed by independent Rabbits.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California law (or other applicable consumer protection law) that cannot be lawfully limited.
You agree not to harass, threaten, or discriminate against any Rabbit or RabbitWash staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate this rule.
Misusing promotional codes, attempting to game the referral system, or fraudulently disputing charges may result in account suspension.
